LMUD General Manager to resign
General Manager Ray Luhring "forced" to resign and given $26,000 for his silence
LMUD writes a severance check to Luhring (#28761 on 3/25/11 for $25,634.02) and then voids this check. Luhring's contract Paragraph 11.3 does not allow for any severance or benefits if he "resigns". But since Luhring was fired LMUD had to give him $26,000 of "HUSH" money to keep him quiet.
