LMUD 2006 AGENDAS   updated 12/26/06

The elected LMUD Board has relinquished all of  their fiduciary duties. 

They are allowing Frank Cady to make all Board decisions. 

The "public's business" is no longer placed on the LMUD Agendas so that the public can comment. 

LMUD fails to post meeting notice 24 hours before the meeting.

As of 5:30 PM on March 6, 2006, no public notice was posted at the LMUD office. This is a direct violation of the Brown Act. LMUD cannot hold the meeting on 3/7/06
