Ridgely Lazard claims that "recusal", "rejection", "peremptory challenges" (a privilege for attorneys that feel a Judge cannot be impartial) is the same as a Judge assigned by the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court deciding that Judge Lazard is biased and prejudiced and cannot hear criminal cases presented by the Public Defender.

Today, Judge Lazard is recused/rejected by attorneys to a degree that the State of California must send judge after judge after judge to take his cases.

The Judges that are willing to come to Lassen County do not stay........Why?

LASSEN COUNTY IS BETTER OFF WITHOUT JUDGE LAZARD.
