As "interim" general counsel, Richey claimed that she would not charge for "expenses" to attend seminars (?). There is absolutely no reason for Richey to attend anything, other than LMUD meetings ((@ $180.00 per hour). Richey has never demonstrated any competency, in any area of the law.
LMUD does not require Richey to submit any documentation supporting her huge legal bills, nothing. LMUD does not have $15,000 worth of legal issues each month. These bills seem to be just for e-mails, phone calls and (????????) which is hidden in "general municipal law". Cady & Richey started this legal category a few years ago to "pad" their billing to LMUD.
