The LMUD approved this Budget with the knowledge that they will be operating in the RED for the 2005/2006 fiscal year.
The LMUD Board has made no attempt at curbing their spending, but act like they can print their own money when they run out......LMUD is broke and now the ratepayers must pay for this Board's inability to manage.
