Judge Darlington determines that KWH/Spencer has the ability to pay $17,500 on March 10, 2010.

On March 9, 2009, deals are being made by LMUD to extort $7500 from an Abstract of Judgment LMUD filed to collect the judgment against KWH/Spencer. LMUD was  unsuccessful in extorting the $49,052.50 with the Jenne v LMUD case ( 42831)so Darlington gave LMUD another Shot at the Pot in the Spencer v Forbes/Zenith case (42544). The Jenne v LMUD case was LMUD's only attempt to collect the judgment against KWH/Spencer.

It is the equivalent of being able to go to Small Claims Court twice and win twice on the same issue.

LMUD waited until March 11, 2009, after Judge Darlington gave them another bite out of the apple,  to finish this letter to Jenne's attorney, Daniel Mosier.
