These three men transacted business as recently as January 2006.

When the LMUD Board hired their attorney, Frank Cady, as their General Manager (July/2005), Cady claimed that he had no interest in his law partnership with Jaimee Richey/Jones and that he had sold his interest of 60 n. Lassen.

That turned out to be NOT TRUE.
