Frank Cady is on a spending spree like no other......The LMUD Board has completely relinquished all of their fiduciary responsibilities to this man and literally has no idea what he is doing nor do they appear to care. No business appears on the LMUD agendas...all public business is now done behind closed doors.....Frank Cady's doors.
On March 1, 2006, Frank Cady illegally purchased land from Jack Beterbide.....property that Jack Beterbide didn't even own until the day he sold it to LMUD. Conspiracy.......you be the judge.
