Hide Action on the Tom Stone Lawsuit
[County Counsel did not place this Complaint on the BOS Agenda ]
Former Lassen County Tom Stone filed a Wrongful Termination lawsuit on July 25, 2012 and the Lassen County Supervisors have failed to place this lawsuit on their Agenda. This act violates the Open Meeting law
Lassen County Counsel has new policy to avoid a Brown Act violation:
