Director Bowden charged LMUD for June 14.  (Bowden was in Utah  from 6/12/09-6/17/09?)

No airfare expense, food expense or fees were reported on Bowden's Expense report. These expenses were hidden in the General Manager's credit card. The public has a right to know ALL BOARD EXPENSES
